Frequently asked questions
- How do I enter my phone number?
- Use the full international number with the country code and no spaces, for example 923001234567. A leading + or zeros are removed for you.
- Can I pre-fill the first message?
- Yes. Whatever you type in the message field appears ready to send when the customer opens the chat.
- Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
- Yes. The code opens a normal WhatsApp chat link, which works for both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business numbers.
- Will the code expire?
- No. It is a static code that contains the chat link directly, so it keeps working as long as the number does.
