These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of instafontstudio.com (the “Site”) and its tools, including the aesthetic text generator, QR code generator, username generator, invisible text generator, gaming name generator, Discord username tool, YouTube name generator, caption generator, playlist name generator, and any related features (collectively, the “Services”), provided by InstaFontStudio (“InstaFontStudio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Services

InstaFontStudio provides free, browser-based tools that let you:

  • Convert plain text into stylized Unicode font styles.
  • Generate username, gaming name, and channel name suggestions.
  • Generate invisible/blank text characters.
  • Design and download QR codes.
  • Generate captions and playlist name ideas.

Most tools run client-side in your browser (no account or signup required), as described in our Privacy Policy. We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice.

3. No Account Required; Acceptable Use

The Site generally does not require registration. Where any feature does require you to submit information (e.g., our contact form), you agree to provide accurate information.

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate, encode (e.g., via the QR Code Generator), or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or infringing of another’s rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including through the use of bots, scrapers, or automated scripts that place undue load on the Site.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Site to build a competing product or service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Content You Generate

You are solely responsible for the text, usernames, QR codes, and other content you create using the Services (“Your Content”) and for how you use it (for example, posting it on social media, business cards, or elsewhere).

  • Because our tools process input client-side, we generally do not see, store, or moderate Your Content.
  • QR codes you generate may encode links or text of your choosing; you are responsible for ensuring the destination and content of any QR code you create and share are lawful and do not contain sensitive personal information.
  • You must not use the Services to generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, layout, graphics, logos, tool functionality, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to InstaFontStudio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its software.

Font styles generated by our tools rely on standard Unicode characters, which are not proprietary to InstaFontStudio; however, the tools, code, branding, and Site content themselves remain our property. You retain any rights you may have in the plain text you input, and you are free to use the stylized output you generate for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms referenced by our tools) and may display third-party advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or ads. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Generated fonts, usernames, or QR codes will display correctly on every platform, device, or browser (Unicode-based styled text, in particular, may not render identically across all apps and operating systems).
  • Any errors in the Site will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTAFONTSTUDIO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY DISCLAIMED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InstaFontStudio and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Modifications to the Site and Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of the Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice or liability to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which InstaFontStudio operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable to you.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Copyright & DMCA policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InstaFontStudio regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
