Dot view
Every Braille cell, drawn dot by dot.
Real size
Cells at about real Braille size (dot 1.5 mm, cell 6.2 mm wide). Screens vary, so use Print at 100% scale for the exact size.
Dot pad
Tap dots, then add the cell. Click the pad first to use keys: F D S = dots 1–3, J K L = dots 4–6, Space = add.
Practice
Which letter is this cell? Build a streak.
Braille art and bio
Turn a photo or logo into dotted art, or style your Braille name for a bio. This art uses 8-dot Unicode, so it is art, not real 6-dot Braille. Some apps show boxes or blanks for these characters, so test in the app first.
Daily challenge
One new word each day, the same for everyone. Keep your streak going.
Alphabet chart
Tap a symbol to add it to the input.

About this generator
The best way to learn Braille is little and often. This page gives you a practice quiz that shows a cell and asks which letter it is, a dot pad to build cells yourself, the full alphabet chart, and a daily challenge. Start with the first ten letters, a to j, then learn how the next ten add dot 3. Seeing the dot numbers beside each cell helps the patterns stick.

- With the letters a to j, which use only the top four dots, then the number sign.
