Frequently asked questions
- Should I enter my username or my profile link?
- Either works. A username such as yourhandle is turned into your profile link automatically.
- What happens if I change my username?
- The code points to the profile link made from the username you entered, so make a new code after you change it.
- Can I use the code on packaging and print?
- Yes. Download the SVG or PDF version, keep strong contrast between the dots and the background, and print it at least 2.5 cm wide.
- Can I make codes for other platforms?
- Yes. The Social option also supports TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Telegram, GitHub and Pinterest.
